WELCOME TO THE TE ATATU BOATING CLUB!

This respectable, long established (and financially secure) Club warmly welcomes prospective new members. Join us and enjoy the friendly, family atmosphere in our modern, spacious clubrooms. You are invited to visit the Club premises and view our many facilities, including:


Club premises open 7 days a week.
Our Garden Bar (which has views over the water to the Harbour Bridge). We have 4 gas barbeques available for members use at no charge.
Shaded, outdoor children's playground.
Bistro restaurant open 3 nights a week.
Many facilities for boat owners as detailed on our About Us page.
Various social functions throughout the year, both on and off the water.

Remember - while we are a 'boat orientated' club, you do not have to be a boat owner to become a member.


BECOMING A MEMBER


Fill out the Nomination form and bring it down to the club.
New members are usually nominated by an existing member, although this is not essential.
Attend a "New Members" night. These are held three to four times a year and you will be notified when the next night is held after receiving your application. At the New Members night you will be interviewed by a committee member, receive your "Welcome Aboard" pack and there will be a quick talk on the club rules etc.
Normally, the Nomination fee and first years subscription (or a portion of it if part way through a year) are paid at the New Members night.
You will then receive you blue "Probationary" member access card and will have access to the use of all club facilities.
Once your three month Probabtionery period has ended you will be issued with your silver "Full" member access card, and will then be eligible to use the hardite facilities etc. at Club Member prices.

SUBSCRIPTION FEES
Family membership: $160.00 per year
(includes children under 18)
Senior membership: $100.00 per year
(over 65)
Country membership: $40.00 per year
(if living south of the Bombays, or north of Warkworth)
