The hirer is responsible for their guest’s behaviour and is responsible for any damage which may be caused by the guests. The guests must be informed prior to the function that they are not permitted to bring any alcohol onto the premises or take any out.

The hirer must be on the premises for the length of the function.

The number of guests and function hours cannot exceed what has been advised for the Special Licence.

All guests need to vacate the premises half an hour after the bar closes

 

The function can be closed by the Duty Manager or Executive should any problems arise.

 

House Rules

In order to ensure your function is enjoyed by all, please familiarise your guests with the following house rules

1. All visitors must be accompanied by the host and leave with the host.

2. All empty glasses, jugs and bottles to be returned to the service area.

3. Offensive or foul language will not be tolerated at any time in the Club.

4. No member or guest shall procure alcohol for a prohibited person or someone who has previously been refused by the bar staff.

Bond and Hire

 

We prefer you to pay your bond and hire as soon as possible but no later than two weeks prior to the function. Provided there is no damage or extra cleaning the bond will be refunded to you the week following the function.

To confirm your hire we require payment for the special licence no later than four weeks prior to the function, this is non-refundable if you cancel the function.
